Car looks lovely I am thinking of getting something like this towards the end of year perhaps in a green colour. I'm conflicted whether to get xj6, xj8 or just go all the way and get a XJR

@@tuberjr thank you, that's reassuring, I'm looking forward to buying an XJ in the near future. That's exactly the sort of thing I'm looking for. I want something smooth and comfy for long distances 👍🏽 but I've never had a fast car so I'm curious about performance with the XJR, so in think I will drive all 3 engines and see

@@Sha-Ayojust picked my 2003 3.0 sport up in Peckham then drove to Belfast, Dublin, Cherbourg, Prague, Brno, Kyiv and she did not miss a beat as very well serviced. Now I serviced g/box, aircon and recovering the headliner, a lot cheaper in Kyiv
That one is lovely but you can see the headliner starting to sag and in UK quoted £1200+ vat to recover it, so be aware of that.
Always go through the service history. Mine every 10k full service and previous owner fixed everything within a week that failed mot
      Silver with cranberry red seats

After 100k look at replacing suspension. If your get supercharged Jag that's 10 hours before getting into the motor
