Ash is the GOAT in this run. That man was a mother-Stumpting MACHINE with all of the running around and close calls (except the last one) he pulled off.
As for the patience issue, Charming level 1 only increases the BELL phase patience (where the table is waiting to order).

I think that the reason they could place the table in the snow might be related to one of the mods they use? Perhaps the door mod they use? I know that whenever I use the North Pole maps, tables can only be placed in the small room and doesn't allow any tables in the snow or the large room. Unless it is an oversight of this particular version of the map (I normally use the other North Pole map).
