Is Thomas Rd close to 59th Ave a good area ? Moving from Houston they just built some apartments there wondering if that's a good area

Would you recommend a club that offers a good time and music like legend and similar artists. 40yr and older type of crowd. Prefer diverse people that don't get crazy 😂 Thanks for any help.

Yeah VAI resort was always supposed to be completed in 2023 -- not by the Super Bowl
