I may be mistaken, but after checking the DC wiki, Lawless was originally a white dude who was a part of the Squad back in WWII. No relation to Deadshot at all. So not only did the people behind this game make this unknown character into Deadshot's daughter, but because of the raceswapping, Lawless is now black herself. And after seeing how she plays and her personality, it only solidifies my decision to never get this game at all and to think of it as non-canon to the Arkham series.
I don't think there's a relation between this Lawless and the other character from WW2; it's just DC reusing a name, they do that a lot (there's two characters called Typhoon, for instance, neither of whom have anything to do with the other. One was a Firestorm villain, the other an Aquaman villain). The character herself, Zoe, is from the comics and is Deadshot's daughter. First appeared in 2005.
What I don’t understand is why they used Lawless when Zoe already used an alias briefly in the comics. Granted, Liveshot is not great, but it’s unique to her and makes more sense to her origins compared to Lawless.
@@beomcheolkim8543 Whatever the reason, the damage has already been done unfortunately. Sad, because I loved Rocksteady and currently own all 3 Arkham games.
you know whats funny? that they try to be inclusive, but they reaceswaped deatshoot, so now its black and his daugther (also raceswaped) also turned into a criminal. the ¨different universe¨ is an excuse bc they settep up the game in a universe where a lot of villains are either death or missing, they literally used the arkham universe as a failsafe.

I swear the devs are 90% playing this game
When mudman in all his versions of himself looks better than even one of the girls, you fucked up😂😂
I hope that one day you'll be able to make a game. I wanna play it!
Comicbook/superhero fans are kinda used to get shit on by now. 😒 #notmyfetish
I wouldn't play this game.
