I got mine Yesterday .. I’m in love with my stroller. I love everything ❤ No screw need it , So easy to set up ⚙️⚙️⚙️ Very Elegant… Can’t wait to walk in Downtown NYC with my baby because she looks so comfortable and happy. ❤❤❤ Best decision ever !!!!
Very sturdy in comparison to other strollers that we had. I get a lot of compliments for it. My baby loves being in the bassinet, The ruclips.net/user/postUgkx4qZutfp1y5CaTUcMTuFPbARE5u-8XLiE stroller comfortable. I like the rain cover and the white net that comes with it. I use the rain cover just to cover the car seat when it rains. If your front wheels don't turn well, make sure you lubricate.
“FYI there was a pandemic in 2020, 2021” 😂😂😂 Love this review. Was 99% sold on the Nuna mixx but saw a family with this stroller in a restaurant . That high chair feature was so cool to see! They must have moved their kid into three different positions effortlessly
It's amusing to hear in 2022 when watching this but then I watched some of his videos just before this that are 12 years old so I can imagine people watching some people who are only currently 10 years old watching this in 2035
I just checked today at the store but O forgot to ask if it converts to a double. Also I’m 165cm/5’4 and thought it was kinda high for me or maybe I’m a first time mom- to-be and everything is new to me lol Plus they told me it’s not a travel system like the others specially traveling by plane!
I had this stroller with my first 8 years ago and it’s the best!! It’s great because it is so high and for having a newborn in it you feel they much safer and closer to you. It’s less invasive than some strollers out there 😆 and can easily squeeze through smaller doors, change rooms and crowds. And great for cafe’s and restaurants. It is heavier than most but you only lift in and out of the car and it CAN be done one handed if need be. Highly recommend.
Hi! Thanks for the review! Would be good to know for what type of terrains is this stroller suitable for. Is it stable when used in unpaved parks or on streets with pebbles?
Hello there :) My brother lives in Greenpoint Brooklyn (NY) and he is asking about if the Xplory may be a bit bumpy for the uneven sidewalks of NYC and also for taking it out to the Parks. He is wondering if the Stokke Trailz would be the ideal solution to still have the hight seat, amazing Stokke quality but also have a sturdy body/wheels? Do you have any insights on how well the Xplory does outside vs using it inside malls and grocery stores, which it seems to he perfectly ideal for…
I love my Stokke stroller. Cool, interesting design that is actually there for a purpose. Baby is comfortable and safe, so momma is happy. I get stopped on the street all the time by people who compliment the stroller because it's so different.
Nice stroller! Unrelated question: do you know if cybex priam lux carrycot (the new one with ventilation) is compatible. With the older priam frame? Tks!
Hi can anyone help a soon-to-be first time parent if they know of any rotating car seats that are compatible with Stokke Xplory X stroller? We just bought one and despite a considerable list of compatible strollers being provided, it doesn't seem like any of them are rotating. thanks vm :)
Hy Eli, want to thank you first for your videos! I cannot choose between the nuna mixx next and the stokke xplory x ? Which one would u choose ? Thanks
I have purchased this stroller and have been using it for the past 6 months. Now the pros are the stroller is very stable for any kind of terrain I’ve tried it so far. It feels very steady strong. Baby is very comfortable and can sleep for hours in the pram. However the only con and most important of everything this thing DOES NOT FOLD, and I knew it before i purchased it but I had never imagine that you cannot fit the base and the carrycot/pram seat in the boot of the car. So I always have to put that next to the car seat. Now I don‘t own a car but every time I had to use a taxi and had to actually fold it down, Uff boy that’s a lot of exercise. It’s very heavy. And try to do that with a newborn not possible. I was really thinking to get the baby zen yo-yo as it folds and becomes a bag great for travelling (not nearly as steady as the stokke) but as London has great tube connections then we avoid the taxis 🤷🏻♀️
It is! Stokke sells their own version of it called the Stokke Pipa as well, with adapter attached. www.mbeans.com/products/stokke-pipa-by-nuna-infant-car-seat-2021
@@MagicBeansVideos thanks, I looked at one of these yesterday finally. I feel it is a little overpriced. It felt and looked like one of those for hire buggies at a mall. Looking at Nuna and Bugaboo now. Which do you feel is better value and quality? Quality is more desirable.
Most snows are rough in a thick snow. Bugaboo or a jogging stroller will have a stronger push. Depending on how often you deal with snow, the Xplory could still be a good option.
Does anyone who owns this find themselves missing a large basket? I really like a lot about this model but I feel like a big advantage of a full size stroller is that you don’t need to tote everything around in your back when you’re out for the day.
Hi Kasandra! The basket is surprisingly a good size. It all depends on which features are most important to you. If large storage is high on the list you may want to consider other strollers.
The basket can fit quite a bit in it I found. You can’t get a huge load of groceries in it or anything but you could get a decent amount of staples. With the extra diaper bag that frees up more space in the lower bag👍
So when the baby grows you remove the soft cushion? . It just feels bit hard when you remove the cushion. Ive been lucky i found q brand new one only used 3 months for almost no money 😁😁😁
I am in love with this stroller 😍 one question: is it compatible with the Cybex Cloud Z? I love it too because it can recline, but I think it won’t work here because of the central bar 🥺 thank you!
Anyone else Google where Brook-line was? This is the definition on Google: Brooklyn is for hipsters while Brookline is for 40-something families looking for a good public schools. Brookline is a small suburb of Boston; Brooklyn is so big that even if you exclude New York's other four boroughs it's the second-largest city in America. I think this totally fits Eli. :)
Thankfully its a totally stable base, its been around for almost two decades now and has been tried and tested by many including Eli with his own kids!
Hi Bar! Both are great options, it depends on which features you prefer as they are pretty different. The Xplory is very unique and sits nice and high up. Where the Hub is more traditional stroller.
I’ve been in love with this stroller for sooo many years. I don’t have kids yet but I’m always around babies so I’m always checking what’s new. The only downside I see on this stroller, which unfortunately would be a dealbreaker for me, is the fact that there’s no extendable canopy. I hope they add that until I do decide to have my own baby
It's chic and pretty and sure it's nice that baby is high up but honestly I regret buying this so much....it's insanely heavy my spine and lower back got destroyed and even though I drive a Tiguan volk wagen car it still didn't fit so I just had to throw it in and destroyed the pretty handle as It scratched every day ....it fits only if you drop seats but I have an older kid so that was not always an option ...I guess if you drive a huge car....I paid so much money and eventually when baby was 8 months I threw it out and bought a n 80 euro stick stroller as I was soooo exhausted and fed up...
@@MagicBeansVideos you sound very bias because I used orbit baby earlier generations and it was easy use , didn’t have handle bar in between child’s feet.
When my kiddo was born in 2014, I legit tried close to 25 full size strollers before she was even 3. We always went back to the stokke xplory! It's amazing! Glad they went back to the official design.. the footrest they did previously was just... 😫. Ruined the whole look.
Hi! Thanks for the review! Would be good to know for what type of terrains is this stroller suitable for. Is it stable when used in unpaved parks or on streets with pebbles?
Its definitely stable, its unlikely to have any issues besides a bumpier ride. If those are common terrains for you we can help point you in a possibly better direction at mbeans.com/consultations!

I have the Stokke V7 with the sibling ride-on attachment, cup holder, spring and winter kids. Best stroller ever.

Hi Lizbeth! So happy you found us 💚
Hi! Thanks for the review! Would be good to know for what type of terrains is this stroller suitable for. Is it stable when used in unpaved parks or on streets with pebbles?
The Stokke Crusi is for all Terrain made, also tall like Xplory, but the Wheels and Chassis are different looking

We agree that a lightweight travel stroller is an excellent supplement stroller to the Xplory X!
Does Stokke xplory have good wheel suspension?
Can I use the nuna pipa lite rx with this stokke xplory x?
Can you put this stroller seat to a Xplory 6 stroller? Does the chassis change?
Is this one or the nuna demi grow is higher? :)
Is this stroller good for winter season?
Very helpful, thanks! 💙
Love this stroller!
Is this compatible with the stokke crusi?
Nuna Mixx is sold out , but I still want the nuna pipa car seat is this stroller comparable if I also get the car seat adapter?
It is! Stokke sells their own version of it called the Stokke Pipa as well, with adapter attached. www.mbeans.com/products/stokke-pipa-by-nuna-infant-car-seat-2021
What are the wheels made of and is there suspension ?
Hi! The wheels are foam and there is some suspension.

How do you think it would perform in snow? Also, can you hang any diaper bag to the stroller or only the one from the brand?
Most snows are rough in a thick snow. Bugaboo or a jogging stroller will have a stronger push. Depending on how often you deal with snow, the Xplory could still be a good option.
The Crusi with all Terrain Wheels might be the better option for lots of snow
I can’t find the button to adjust the height 😭😭😭

Hi there! There should still be some padding on the regular seat. Be sure to review the manual.
can you add two car seats for newborn twins?
Unfortunately not
Would love to be able to afford this
I am in love with this stroller 😍 one question: is it compatible with the Cybex Cloud Z? I love it too because it can recline, but I think it won’t work here because of the central bar 🥺 thank you!
Yes, cybex cloud z can attach with Maxi Cosi adaptors (they use the same attachment), unsure about the decline
The Cloud Z is the European version of Cybex's Cloud Q. In the US the Cloud Q is compatible but it cannot recline, unsure about UK's version.
It’s a lovely stroller
I love how they put the old foot rest back the one on the 6 model was not practical!
Please do a review on the stokke trailz
Unfortunately that stroller is no longer produced
For up to which age can the child use this stroller?
HI there! It can be used until 48.5lbs, which is basically until they no longer need a stroller.

I think this totally fits Eli. :)
And I’m originally from The Bronx. Go figure!
And yes, I live In Brookline.
how can this possibly be stable? it looks VERY top heavy. Particularly doing turns, or uneven terrain it would tip over.
Thankfully its a totally stable base, its been around for almost two decades now and has been tried and tested by many including Eli with his own kids!
Can it be used for newborns or is there an age limit?
And thanks for a great video.
With the CarriCot or Car Seat from Stokke yes, the seat is for babys that are able to sit
I am torn between stokke xplory x and joolz hub plus
Hi Bar! Both are great options, it depends on which features you prefer as they are pretty different. The Xplory is very unique and sits nice and high up. Where the Hub is more traditional stroller.
I have already picked this pram in grey as my No1 choice, and I’m not even pregnant yet🤰😂

I really loved the previous foot rest. This one is too much work . 😔
It’s not true this is the closest stroller , there is also Orbitbaby
Orbit is not as close as An Xplory.
@@MagicBeansVideos you sound very bias because I used orbit baby earlier generations and it was easy use , didn’t have handle bar in between child’s feet.
I used an Orbit too. I’m just saying it’s not as high as an Xplory. I’m not commenting on the quality or design.
It just seems like its going to take up all of my trunk space
Hi there! The Xplory does have a larger fold. You can remove the seat when folding to see if that helps with space.
