I mean, they are in Colonizer Island, there is no way any spanish speaking person would name a house "Casita Grande", "casita" is the diminutive for house, literally little house and then "grande" means big, so it's "Big little house", the people speaking spanish on that island are just bootlickers to people with money, we call them Malinches, the equivalent to a latino Uncle Tom.
Basically they named the place to be attractive to rich people.
