Hanji bhai aaram se, ab to roads achi ho gayi hai. Snowafall ke time pe problem hogi waise normally aaram se ja sakte ho

Is Shinkula open in Jan?

I doubt it as it will get a lot of snowfall, but they keep clearing that and also the roads are good now so you might get a chance to visit there but only locals 4X4 cars might be allowed
