Baked Cheese cake for cake slices/Cream cakes layers

Ingredients

Cream Cheese:678g
Sugar:207g
flour :24g
sourcream:1cup
flavour:1tbsp
Eggs:4

You can do half of the recipe or double!…Pan used was 8inches !…Remember to coat your pan side with foil paper and the bottom with baking paper for easy moulding…Leave in the freezer for @least 3hours before moulding or unmould when you want to used..

No to Buttermilk o!..Greek yoghurt might work but don’t expect same taste
