Moats please stop acting like you don’t care who starts at QB. It’s clear you have a bias towards Wilson. Fields has yet to have a game that we’ve lost because of him and we have multiple games where his ability to extend plays and run have carried us to wins. It honestly bothers me when we judge mobile QBs by pocket passing QB standards and downplay what makes them special.
Not the point. The point is all the plays that jf has missed? Makes this team more balanced. We need a passing game. He has been missing receivers left and right. Ca3 could've had 2 100 yard games in a row. Muth and Washington as well could've had big games. I live jf too and believe he can grow...but having a qb that has better accuracy, timing, touch, and can READ COVERAGES FASTER is everything we need RIGHT NOW to win and jf has been inconsistent with that. Can't depend on his running every game
@@bigl261991 you do get that a problem with Russ last year was that he was also missing players open consistently. Also this idea of missing players is super blown out of proportion. Some plays are never meant to get to the read of the guy who ends up open. Or they are an earlier read and aren’t open but get open later when it’s already moved on. Just cause you see a guy open on tape doesn’t mean the QB missed him. Unless you know what the play progressions are for that play you can’t say that.

So you’re talking at least 2 seasons since we’ve seen this Wilson people believe he is. Pickens and the defensive communications are why the Steelers have lost 2 games.
