you can have the DSP go to the sub amp too just to add another layer of protection with the hpf and lpf and most processors have a higher voltage output to have the best signal going to the amp. they also usually have tone generators built in for tuning. in my next build im gonna have a DSP control all of my amps

Them taramps are like juice head amps but if you can supply the juice they can provide the power I know because I need more juice just for a bass 3k but once you get the juice them MF the truth!
I feel same way maybe a 5k per 3 subs but damn if all 6 getting just the 5k amp then the subs getting less than 1k watts each. And moving like that on less than 1k watts wow

I've got a taramps 8k bass on the same subs wired at .67 ohm and they love it. Definitely need another amp.

How? That looked like he got more than one 5k. I got 2 vxf 12’s on a bass 8k in a custom box tuned to 32 hertz on 2 LTO batteries. Voltage at 13.8
