They. can be resoled like a "normal" Goodyear welted shoes after the first resole like this.

cardboard insoles with Poron cushion

Yes, they are steel-toed. The steel toe won't affect the resole.

想請教一下supersole 和普通red wing 的底有什麼區別？ 另外為什麼superssole裡好像沒有Cork Filler？謝謝🙏🏻
Supersole製法類似馬汀，插一在底的材質，Supersole是PU，而馬汀是PVC。兩個都是簡化版的固特異沿條製法，因此也都有filler，只是材質不是cork就是。

You have to send the boots back to RW for the factory Super-sole.
