Medical advice did nothing for me. I was bitten on the lower butt after sitting on a share. Pain spread down my leg. I was in pain for 3 days. Hospital told me if they couldn’t see fang marks there’s nothing they could do.

Its pretty much the same throughout North America. Tarantulas if you live in certain areas of the South. And those are just big, still not deadly or anything you really need to worry about
