Shogun 2 by far the best total war experience for me followed by Rome 2 Total War. All other total war games? i have respect for some old total war games but i HATE what new gen total war trying to do. Its a blessing to know such great mods still exist! can't wait to experience them and recieve SHAMEFUR DISPRAY on hardest difficulty and lose my mind while actually enjoying it!
You should make a video focusing on mods in hidden development on dev Discord servers, like morning sun about Hideyoshi's invasion of korea with a campaign map featuring whole east asia or the sequel tovstrongholds of the samurai that add real city and battle maps to whole japan along with total overhaul to every features
Which mods add or contain further units? I always struggle with the few choices of different units in the game and all my unit packs make my game crash cause they are too old.

I would love a Zulu War mod based on FotS template, it has all the relevant technologies for late 1800s wars.

Last alliance total war is hands down my favorite mod for custom battles
It would be nice to play those in coop, sadly it desyncs so often you can barely play 15 turns without something breaking.

I think some of them add certain units but not by a lot :P
my problem with shogun 2 is fps drops, heavy fps drops, the game doesnt work normal with modern pc, i cant fix it i am so anoyed
if shogun could launch yeah.. But with the CA update nothing works
Have you checked in the total war discord? They may be able to help you, it sucks that you can't play it :(
ive seen people fixing this issue by deleting the whole folder in C:\Users\ (YOUR PC USERNAME) \AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2
