local colleges that their plus and minus. You can earn your MBA easily from a local college as compared to IGNOU. IGNOU is bit strict. The MBA from local college is for degree purpose only. Since you are doing along with job so both MBAs will be distance only. But MBA from IGNOU is more beneficial. Thanks

Frankly it changes depending on notification. 2020 was a COVID Year. So , IIBF changes these norms. We should see latest guideline of IIBF when new CCP notification releases. Thanks

Sir after clearing cfa is there any direct benefit in psb banks bcoz in our bank ubi there is reimbursement of fees for cfa but I have not found any policy regarding career growth & If I cleared cfa there is no scope in psb
Dear Sir, If you want to stick to your current organisation , then benefit will be in form getting entry into Risk Management Side or special banking departments rather than staying in General Banking. - Chances of overseas posting also increases. - Posting wise also you will get benefit. But real benefit is when you switch organisation. Many banks hire direct Scale3 or 4 entry for CFAs or FRMs. So you get faster promotion if you switch. Thanks

Respected Sir I am currently working as a scale 2 branch manager in Sarva haryana gramin Bank with 7 years of experience and I have currently enrolled myself in mba banking and finance from ignou but upon seeing the latest notification in bob,pnb etc it made me a bit skeptical since they all are asking for a full time mba etc.
Indeed, if you want to switch bank and go to MBA specific jobs then most banks and organisations ask for full time mba. But being a banker you cant do full time mba staying in your job. So MBA from IGNOU simply increases your qualification only. Thanks
