ohtani is great but he has years living in USA and how come he can not speak english in an interview. Japanese player do not speak english but I would like him to be the first one that does it. You don't have to be so smart to learn english specially if you live in an english-speaking country, it's easier.

He only uses the interpreter for public interviews because they hammer him with questions where there's much more extensive vocabularly that's used which he may not Completely understand and he just wants to make sure he answers the question as accurately as he can. You know, you must be a complete loser and an A hole for not giving more respect for someone in this sport that's able to excel in both the pitching and batting like he does, when no one else ALIVE is capable. Imagine the amount of work, discipline and TIME required. Oh. That's right I almost forgot. You're a LOSER. So there's NO WAY you could POSSIBLY imagine. That's why you have no respect.
He knows english but not fluently, been here for only four years it's hard to learn a different language, I lived in Spain for 8 years and was not fluent in spanish.
