Any Lucario main will know, Lucario vs DK is near impossible. No this is not Tsu's first time pulling out the Ryu on stage. I wish Tsu just played Ryu only against this DK match up.

Luigi seems like a weird pick to me. I thought that matchup was at least slightly in DK's favor. Sticking with Ryu would have almost definitely been Tsu's best bet.
Hikaru is honestly a one trick pony, if you had someone against him like samsora or dabuz where up airs are harder to confirm, then he’d be much easier to fight.

lucario at 70 % is lucario's base power (x1.0) but this is already death percent in this mu for lucario
