🌱 Big news from Export Saint Lucia! We're boosting the skills of our farmers and packhouse operators with our project "Enhancing the Capacity of Stakeholders in the Agriculture Sector to Supply Quality Products in New Markets," backed by the CARIFORUM-EU EPA and CSME Standby Facility. 🇱🇨✨
👩‍🌾 In partnership with Sir Arthur Lewis Community College and the Saint Lucia Bureau of Standards, training will be offered in Good Agricultural Practices, Good Manufacturing Practices, and HACCP. This ensures our exports meet EU standards. We will also be upgrading three community packhouses and procuring a refrigerated truck to keep our produce fresh along the supply line.
