Ma’m you said in reversible and irreversible cell injury differentiation lecture that in case of reversible, cell membrane is intact while in case of irreversible cell membrane is not intact. Ma’m apoptosis is the example of irreversible cell injury so how this option A) become true?

It is not always injury that leads to Apoptosis. Apoptosis is a mechanism where the cell itself decides to kill itself or some other mediators make it to without causing much of inflammation. Embryogenesis is not an injury but apoptosis is happening
