I don't think so. There are plenty of songs I haven't FC'd but was extremely close to doing so (like 1 miss towards the very end which led my combo to be 7 less than the max) yet I still got the same amount a PP for my acc that I would've gotten for an FC. 1xmiss in the middle of a song however will def hurt the amount of PP you get because your combo won't be anywhere near an FC.

I'm assuming you're playing fairly easy maps as the PP difference isn't somehow shown, but for maps that are 5.5*+ the PP weighting and percentiles are more specific as they can play around with higher numbers leading you to possibly gain more pp or lose more. for example, a comparison of a 4* map and a 6* map. I'm going to make the ratios the same on both sides. 4* 100% (100pp) then 1xmiss leading to 99% (97pp) 6* map 100% (380pp) then 1xmiss leading to 99% from the previous statistic the PP on this would be 368.6 (As I said before, i made the ratio the same for both maps). (I know the PP system doesn't use this algorithm but I'm just using it as an example)(∆in 6*) 11.4 pp (∆in 3*) 3 pp As seen in the video, ruruchi was playing freedom dive 4D which is 7*+ so imagine how much PP he could've gained without the troll miss.
Sharing this one thing while watching his replay of Freedom Dive: When he missed one note and the spinner, I got confused and pissed because I was like "the performance is great bUT WHY THE FUCK DID HE MISS THOSE LAST NOTES"
I think it's worth it to have two copies of osu just for this skin... Cuz I have skins in osu that look horrible with this background, so I decided to install osu my external hard drive with the rttyui skin only. And then whenever I have to add a song, I copy and paste all of my songs over (unless if it's already there obviously) then I search up background under songs and copy and paste and now they're all replaced :)
