It was such a great production. So sad to see it close but was glad to be there for the final week of shows. Standing in the front row, it was hard to not cry. I think I bawled through the Final lair.
I'm very glad that me, my older sister and my mom got to see this before it left. It was a very gorgeous and stunning show and I hope that they get to come back. At least one last time.
I feel so unbelievably lucky that I got to see it just once, last August, weeks before it closed. Amazing production. I still get emotional thinking about it.
@@natekrieger5741 I went to see it 2 weeks before it closed. I did the behind the scenes tour afterward, which is how I got to meet Anthony Crivello, who played the Phantom. Our tour guide had mentioned that Mr. Webber closed the production down himself because he was looking to build a theater there to permanently house his plays. Sadly he never was able to buy land to build his theater.
It's sad that no one will ever again get to see this version of Phantom of the Opera. Most things benefit from editing and while the goal of a Las Vegas show is to shorten performances to get people back out gambling, in the end the show was just so much better than the original. I still watch the original whenever it comes to town but....it's seriously not as good and thousands of people will never get a chance to know why.

we where there this night it was the best show ever that we had seen and we have see this production over 10 times . we sure do miss it.
