I feel the same way too! it’s so comforting to see someone with a healthy relationship with food , as someone who’s anxiety revolves a lot around cooking eating etc, it’s definitely inspired me too!

Love these videos! I'm a student too and I totally get that feeling of not really being interested in the course anymore. But when it comes to art, once you get into it, the more you'll love it and the more you'll find time to do it - even when your schedule seems like it's already full!

idk why but ever since i moved out and started college life, i kept thinking “oh i need to have tons and friends and go partying everyday” and recently ive been feeling a bit depressed that i have basically 0 friends in college. all of my friends r back home and i hang out w only my bf. so ty for posting these vlogs and making me feel less alone im obsessed w em 💕💕
ah Nida, it's okay to feel lost sometimes. I have always been a big introvert and feel so much joy from spending time alone, but everyone is different (: it's okay to not value things that the people around you do - for example, my friends drink alcohol but I do not - they don't mind, they never make me feel weird about it, so I hope you can find some worthy friends to share your time with too!!!

Hi Leah! I just wanted to say you are so down-to-earth. You show the whole truth about being a student, without sugarcoating its difficulties. I sometimes struggle with my mental health as well, I'm a final-year Medical biotech student and I do feel overwhelmed with lab sessions, exams and lectures. We shouldn't be ashamed of negative feelings, as long as we find the power to rise ❤ and for us introverts, it's okay to recharge on our own. You don't always have to be surrounded by loads of people, even though this seems the trend these days ❤

I have a small sincere suggestion for that spicy sauce, Lao Gan Ma, usually added as a Caesar-like sauce when the chow mein is about to be finished, you could try it next time.
