His transformation is crazy. Good to see that he has a ton of articulation, something we don't see often enough.

Man that scene in the trailer when Devastator picks up Mixmaster and goes in for the head transformation..and it had th Decepticon Insignia on the side..so killer..can't wait!!! Nice review bro.

Thanks for the video Sean, I just got the TRU G1 repaint of this figure yesterday, and the cannon mode was a little tricky to figure out,
i like the fact mixmaster is so compact in vehicle mode and the robot mode is freakin cool!
Yes he appears in robot mode in the movie, he is one of the constructicons that dives in the ocean to revive megatron and then in the final battle he is the one that jetfire kills, he transforms to artillery mode in that scene just before jetfire arrives.
grabbed this as soon as Wal-Mart put out the leader box last Friday. awesome figure...great review.

Great review Sean! Btw is it just me or is his thumb a bit weird. It should be opposing his fingers yet it points in the same direction. I am wondering if there is a screw in the hand that you can unscrew to rotate them.

I was gonna get him in Target but passed for LC Prime and Megatron. I feel ripped off because Mixmaster could have been alot bigger. There's so much space in his box left over.
I think as big as a leader, or a little smaller or bigger (its big, but I don't know the exacts) Check, some of Sean's BotCon vids for footage of it. Pictures on the Internet don't show how big it is.

yes but those two toys are different, the devastator one doesnt transform into robot mode but this voyager model does
until i watched this video i had No idea how to turn the ''master'' into his vehicle mode thanks a lot.

Well, there's been rumors of a Leader Class Starscream, so you might wanna wait for that one. I personally think the demolishor toy lacks detail, so I'd go for Mixmaster.

AHHHH can't find this guy anywhere! Im not even sure if I like the green repaint or this one! soo hard....hmmm... he's cool though.... BTW he actually does have that huge symbol on his mixer in the movie. I was surprised to see that. He definitely pledges his loyalty to the decepticon cause...aahah, can't wait.

he is freaking awesome but he could have a 4 th mode by becoming devastator,s head with the expanding vortex grindor
i am confused, i heard the demolisher is NOT part of devastator, i heard that scavenger looks the exact same but IS part of devastator. Can you help me out?
just wondering, once all the constructicons are out in the market, would it be possible to combine them into devastator? or are they just meant to be, ho hum, just like that.. individual figures that can't combine with one another? anyone have any idea?
i got one and the gun doesnt work the spring inside is not connected and i had to go to a really big city which is really far form where i live just to find this guy

mixmaster disliked this because he is galvatron but he somehow got punished by unicron and turned into a constructicon.
There should be a voyager or leader class high tower
hopefully in TF3 mix master ,sound wave , devastator and rampage will be back
