For a comparison, how do you think a Jackson, Liquid Logic, and Pyrannah would have compared to your Dagger in the same scenario?

That's a hard one to answer I going to do a safety video soon and I will cover that.

I've pitonmed two Jackson boats. And forcing or rush heating the plastic doesn't work out well for the integrity of the plastic. I ended up just setting it up in front of my wood stove overnight. And letting the plastic memory pop itself back to shape. If you force shape it. The plastic memory may be lost. And you might not be able to get back to it's original shape.

I don’t think this was just going to pop out I agree don’t rush it Jackson is using a different type of resin so I’m sure each company boats will differ

a method that has worked for me is to tilt the boat nose down and filling it with boiling/scolding hot water

@@WadeHarrison Im not sure what they are using now but I remember hearing a few years ago this was a big concern about their boats (Jacksons) and why they seemed to get a reputation for being difficult if not impossible to fix. Pretty much along the lines of if the hull was compromised the boat was done and that pissed a lot of people off that couldn't get warranty hulls. I don't have ANY experience with them and I hope this isn't the case but I know a lot of people also grumbled about SUPER LINEAR boats too back in the day. If those boats were cooked right a SUPER LINEAR boat was THE boat to have and why Wavesport even became a viable contender many years ago BUT if you broke one....DONE.
I think that should be a future video for you. Make the different types of boat resins the topic. I just got a HTP Prijon this year, its not even touched water yet, so I think ALOT of people would enjoy and be educated about this topic!

It’s still in prototype stage I don’t know if it’s going to ever be production but would be a good question for Dagger
