Just had to stop at 1:10 to focus on the sign. Cuyamaca 100k. We, our family of 6, went camping at Cuyamaca State Park, for a number of years when the kids were little. I tell people all the time about it and all I get is.. Huh? Cuyawhat? Well, enough about me, back to the video... Yes, your husband is a beast... the very best kind... strong and persistent. Congrats.
So funny because I Crew my Bro, and it is very emotionally draining but emotionally uplifting and all of a sudden you become a motivational speaker! My brother I training for his third ultra this year he is doing (I think its called the Ozark 100)Mark Twain national forest. It is beautiful, it is coming up November 3rd and 4th. So normally it is a 25 mile loop and I am there to fuel, change socks, force feed him (by the way Dr. McDougall soups are the best)! This year he is running straight through 100 and I usually go by myself (hoping to rally someone to help me navigate to aid stations. So the crew does deserve props or at least a shirt (just kidding), you can only do it if you really do love that someone. But for those of us who do, its really some of the best memories and feelings just to see how supportive everyone is! Great job Eric! If you are on Strava my brothers name is George Jacobs and he is not vegan (yet, almost) but his way of giving back to the planet is using his legs as his transportation! So he runs or rides his bike everywhere, and we live in St. Louis, Missouri it gets super cold and super hot. So I let him eat his farm raised eggs in peace, and just offer and show him all the amazing vegan options. Thanks for sharing and again nice job Eric and the crew! November 4th here we come!

Fair play to him that was some run. My boss recently swam 21 miles or 33.7km without leaving the water (Dover Uk to Calais France). I could barely run a mile and cant even swim. Not an easy thing to do but he did brilliantly as did Eric.
