Why don’t you make a video on the importance of taking lessons, getting a trainer to help you buy the correct horse, wear a helmet and protective vest? I’m 67 and still ride 3-4 days a week.

I get your concept and as a girl with three equestrian besties, I understand that horse riding is definitely NOT easy. But, the audio doesn’t quite fit your video idea. Yes, people have died from horse riding (which just letting you know, you shouldn’t use that audio, it rude to the people who passed) but that doesn’t tell me if it’s easy or hard to do. I could die from, idk, running but that doesn’t make it hard to do. Not trying to hate, just giving tips as another content creator! Hope you feel better after the fall ❤

I want to ride so bad, but im terrified of the risks.. I know that if i ever get good at riding, I'd literally die for the animal. Animals are my passion, and i especially love horses, dogs, and rats. I'd die almost die for my dog
you only live once. i started riding and it’s been a year and it’s the best thing to ever happen to me. it’s amazing what an animal can do for you, and that’s how i feel as well. im horrified of the risks, but i push through because i love it. i think it’d be great to have you in the equestrian community! -much love, a fellow horseback rider.
if you take it easy and always listen to your horse and put them first then i am sure you will be fine. all of the horse related accidents i have been in were because people have told me to do something both me and my horse weren't comfortable with, but as long as you don't do anything too risky or force your horse to do anything it doesn't want to, you most likely will be fine.

Just wanted to say, saw the clip, the only reason you fell was bc you let go if the reins. Also you went sideways before you fell, so that softened the impact A LOT. I have a rlly painful fall on camera (two from teh same lesson) where the pony overjumped and long spotted on a 55cm so i went flying over the head and thumped on the ground. Your fall wasn't too bad, so dont get disheartened
