If you become a member of a corporation that is licensed for ARF, and the prior Admins and members drops out of the corporation. Does the remaining member who is also a certified Administrator take over the facility without applying for another license since it’s the same Corporation that is licensed just different member of the corporation? Thanks
In setting up a new Facility, is there a prohibition on distance between an established RCFE facility to another proposed Facility in a certain community.?

There is not a prohibition, that rule only applies to ARF!
