I'm a Sagittarius myself, but my favourite Gold Saint is Shaka bar none. Perfect poise, always in control. No toil, no sweat, just immense power striking from within, without so much as a punch. Oh and beautiful attack animations too.
Camus is one of the most complete Saints as well... His Aurora Execution is one of the strongest attacks in Saint Seiya (Really an execution, Hyoga kills a tough "God Warrior" with it and any other foes.). He can paralize opponents, has two other attacks (Thunder, Diamond Dust), can create a nearly unbreakable Ice Wall... Aquarius is one of the best Golden Saints. Okay I won't argue against Shaka though.
I always have the feeling that Shaka has unlimited techniques....he invented the Shield Sphere and the Evil spirits only for the Specters, and the Hell of blood only for Ikki. This would go on, if the story was longer.

shaka already was said as the strongest, by the author Kurumada said "all gold saints have same cosmo level, what define a winner is the technique efficiency, there are only one that exceeds the gold saint cosmo level, is Shaka, and he also has the most efficient attack of all". that is why kurumada made 3 gold saints vs shaka and all of them was defeated, they won the battle using a forbidden god attack, they said several times "that is the only way to win". ironically these 3 are exactly all gold saints overrated by fans, shura, saga and camus. camus is my favorite, but i'm not like saga fans that forced the idea "is the best" just because he looks badass, i know camus is not the best, even when he made the most distant attack in entire story. other important topic to remember is the sapuris, sapuris and hades resurrection not made them weaker, it was shown when Shion fight Dohko, Shion even with sapuris defeated dohko, and we know dohko always was head to head with Shion, sapuris not changed his power, and he was the only one stand up after the battle, Shion is not the ultimate because he overcome just one, Shaka overcome 3 gold saints. in final results, galaxy explosion, another dimension, genro mao ken was useless, they can't attack or defend when are catch by tenbu horin, that rule never changed (like exalibur that was said "unlimited" but was stopped several times), only athena exclamation break tenbu horin, because it is a god technique. so, the topic was ended by author, Shaka is the strongest, no one can say no.

Yeah.. It's a shame though that Albafica was killed so soon, and it's really looked like Minos way too overpowered him. Although in the end, Minos underestimated the determination of a Gold Saint to protect Athena and the people, and made himself killed.
