GLIMPSES OF SECOND SARDAR MOHAN INTER-SCHOOL DEBATE🎤
The video features Karmanpreet Kaur (Std. XI) from Modern Senior Secondary School, Patiala, presenting arguments against the topic "SOCIAL MEDIA CAN - AND SHOULD - BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE SPREAD OF MISINFORMATION”, and Ekam Deol (Std. XI) presenting in favor of the motion. It then includes speeches from representatives of the other top 8 participating schools, followed by interjectors who questioned each speaker after their presentations.
Ekam Deol of Modern School went on to win the Individual Trophy for the debate, whilst Mansirat Kaur of St. Peter's Academy came in second.
In the team category, St. Peter's Academy won the 'Running Trophy'. Modern School volunteered to make itself ineligible for team prizes - being the host, they can only win individual cups in this competition.
