  • This is a fragment of a Dutch (amateur) video-documentary (1994) about the short concert of The Rolling Stones at the Kurhaus, Scheveningen, The Hague, on the 8th August 1964 in The Netherlands,
    The concert was stopped after five numbers because of riots in the Kurhaus by the young audience. This fragment starts with archivist René Spork and contains 8-mm footage of Ab Tamboer (former drummer of Earth and Fire and died in 2016) with footage of two supporting acts. First You see The Telstars and than Ritchie Clark and the Ricochets with Robbie van Leeuwen on guitar and Rudy Bennett as singer Ritchie Clark (real name Rudy van den Berg). You can also see a tv-clip of The Fouryo''s who where also a supporting act. There is also some unique footage from cameraman/journalist Jacques de Gier shot for Reuters.
    In the full documentary You can see the well known footage what was shot by the REM-TV-organisation. The sound of this footage was remixed by DirkJan Vos with the original sound recording of the concert made by Radio Veronica deejay Joost den Draaijer (real name Willem van Kooten).
