Just tried to find this song on ITunes & using Shazam and failed to find it. Then listened to it again..... Hauntingly good. Well done.
All the history is still carried by those who worked there, memories of good times, hard graft, good friends and team mates. I miss the town, the villages and the big beautiful landscape. I will visit again when i can.
Indeed :)
This has made me cry hun x I'm gonna miss working there and especially woth the fab people I have been lucky enough to work woth over the years x
So sad to think its all closed down now, RIP Didcot A.
A piece of social and personal history gone. Here`s to Didcot and the high old times I`ve had there!
I can watch this everytime I feel I need to do some plant checks..... cracking film.
How about cleaning the MOT top, Long Pod could do that without leaving the OP's tea room!.
RIP Didcot :-(I remember it well.
Thanks, Clive - Reporting for burner duty
my dad worked there 30 years, it's a shame it'll be going
We need it all back!!!!! :o ;)
