Regardless of the papers she signed, she still has a right to sue the state. Just needs some good lawyers. She deserves compensation for the false imprisonment!!!

Also didn't help neighbors, law enforcement, AND the DA *never* questioned any of it.

I don't understand... It is mandatory for teachers to take attendance everyday, wouldn't the investigator see that the students were in fact in class? Plus, if the students were to be coming off the bus and into the house, I am pretty sure the neighbors would be suspicious and be a witness, but they weren't. Another thing is if the lady drops the kids off late every Friday at school then more than likely the Principal would either complain about her not being able to come in on time with the kids or request a new bus driver or whatever the case may be.

The woman who accused this bus driver of this more than likely did not send her kid to school on the days in question and that's how she made a case against the bus driver probably claiming she did put her kid on the bus. I would bet money that the parent that accused her of this was getting in trouble for her child be absent from school and being a sorry parent and came up with this story because in most states if your child is under 16 and misses more than 10days of school without a severe medical reason and dr authorization then you will pull jail time

If our justice system wasn't corrupt and this happening as much as it does I would accept that mistakes happen. But its to often, and that becomes a power & corruption issue.
My uncle spent 15 years behind bars for a crime he did not commit either. He is home now but the entire ordeal turned him into another man.

My sister and cousin saw this sweet little girl who didn't do anything but look and mu sister n cousin started saying shit to her and she was like 4 or 5 and they are 9 and 10.
Then they went to my mom and told em all this shit like"oh this girl said something RACIST and RUDE and she punched my BOOB. And this hasn't JUST happend once it happens all the time. So I have to deal with this I literally can't go to the park without about who the kids are fighting with. Uhhh!!!

i would have not signed the papers and gone back. then talk to my kids about the issue so that they publicise it on the media, for the court sending an innocent person back to jail. i am SURE there will be an outrage for me.
BenjaminLee2009 A contract signed under threat isn't enforable. She can sue the state and claim she only said she wouldn't because they threatened her. If the judge throws out the lawsuit, sue the judge. You can't put a gun to someones head and make them sign over the deed to their house. That's a crime and if a common criminal can't then the state can't..

Anyone who coaches a child into saying and subsequently thinking they were molested is just as bad as an actual molester, in my opinion. They're psychologically "molesting" that child because they grow up believing they were sexually abused.
As someone who has been sexually abused, it makes me sick that some people plant these things in unharmed children's heads, typically out of some form of bitterness. You never bring a child into your personal issues with people! Children aren't pawns.

A contract can't be enforced if the signature is gained by threat or coercion. She should have signed her name then added "under threat and duress"... which voids the contract.
