    A braai is a barbie mate. A moerse lekker braai.😁The safari is in the Limpopo Province my home state. Am in the Eastern Cape and praying for rain there.🥲

    Question: Why wait for a "couple" of days to braai after slaughter? Why not the same day?

      @@MosesMUSIWA if you let it hang for a few days the meat gets more tender. Have a little google. Basically enzymes (good ones) start to soften the meat. So it results in a tastier meal. If you need some help with hang times, just let me know. Happy to help.

    Game meat needs alot of help if it's going on the the braai.
    Injecting with good broth,
    Larding
    &
    Barding...........❤
    Otherwise it's best in the potjie pot.

      @@GysWalters have a look at the rest of my videos. I'm about the only one who usually doesn't. Have you been to Africa yet? Humans have been hunting over water holes for 1000s of years, it's not the same as America and other countries.

      @@MonicaFerreira-s6x have you been to Africa? You also should look at the other videos I do. About the only one trying to hunt them in the wilds. Then you really need to ask yourself what the goal is? That was a 10ring shot, taken in a nice controlled situation. Better than a lot of people thinking they are good at stalking and wounding an animal.
