The boy at 10:45 is Ryan White. He was a young boy diagnosed with AIDS in the 80s. He was badly mistreated because of his disease. Parents told their children not to touch him or hang around him because they were afraid they might catch his disease. Michael Jackson heard of his story and contacted him. Ryan White and Michael Jackson became close friends and he spent a lot of time at Neverland. Unfortunately, Ryan died very young because of the problems caused by his disease, and “Gone Too Soon” was written by Michael as a tribute to Ryan White.
