@@medico9520 as per American heart Association guidelines only hemodynamical stability should be noticed whenever you see the patient of PSVT!! and respiratory rate and crepitation doesn't mean that patient was hemodynamically unstable!!

Yes and there was also bilateral basal crepitations which suggests impending heart failure in the question hence the answer is cardioversion
