Dude, I really wanted to thnk you from my bottom of my heart lol. Idk that enhancement can be refunded, I tested on my sword and yyes I get back all the zeny that I spent. So I enchance all my equips that nearly me cost around 8m zeny, now I feel overpowered lols over 9000 haha. Thank you again dude :P
that last part is just playing with luck/statistics, im pretty sure this game doesnt have an "entropy" system where if you fail it heightens your chance on succeeding in the next trial...just to clarify.

For example can a broken fullblack dagger[1] +10 be upgraded to holy dagger[1] +8... and if it can... will the holy dagger also have broken state?

Crit doesn't miss but if you have crit resistance, there is a chance that crit will miss on you.

He mentioned Broken Equip can't upgrade the tier. So I guess you need to fix it before Up-ing the Tier and finally transforming it to end form.
