    Thanks man these really worked, immediately after I finished these my body seemed to feel more aligned and my walk has improved 🙏🏾

    Just tried these and feel a lot more alinged! I even feel looser in my face and neck. Definitely gonna do these everyday. Do you recommend only once a day, or can we do these anytime we feel we are going back out of alignment?
