Awesome video Kasey! In the regular flow you're using Manual instead of Live/greenlit email statuses. What's the reason for this instead of just setting everything on greenlights?
There could be a lot of factors to this. I noticed a lot of the emails were skipped and the volume difference between the ones that were delivered was huge as well. That tells me there was a bigger issue at play with false emails and stuff like that. I recommend testing a double opt-in or they don't qualify.
