It was just another morning at the middle class household in north Kolkata. The daughter who had made her parents proud by becoming a doctor and was studying further, was at RG Kar Medical College and Hospital for a long shift. Around 11.30 pm the previous night, she had called her mother and spoken to her, as always. Her mother did not prolong the call. She would have, had she known it was her last.
On the morning of August 9, three calls within half an hour shattered their little world and set them off on a fight for justice. The audio of the calls to the parents the morning after the 31-year-old doctor's rape and murder at the Kolkata hospital. Their voices capture the shock and confusion two elderly parents endured long before reaching the hospital to find their daughter's brutalised corpse.

36 hour shift should be forbidden by law, thats inhuman, slavery and dangerous for patients, mistakes can happen easily if doctors and nurses are sleep deprived zombies. I would say a maximum of 10 hors shift with 1.5 hour mandatory rest in between.
How they can do without parents present why who in hurry parents. How they take in charge

Another question who rat out that the murdered doctor was a whistleblower? Only when one is ratted out these maffia types of planned murders can happen. So there are others, fellow doctors nurses who know about the criminal activities , but apparently took money to stay silent and rat out others. CBI, please find al accomplices. They too need to be punished. In new Bharat nobody walks out free, all crimes are punished, go for it clean India thats is Bharat.
The judges have to be replaced, especially the SC judges who are now acting as deep state accomplices. They behave more like political tools than actually upholding rule of law. See last month case of Nupur Sharma, even with all social media videos available to the judges they decided to let the sar tan se juda inciter to walk out scott free. Unfit judges. The government is sabotaging it self by trying to work with a system that wa created by British and after 1947 sustained by Congress to suppress the hindu majority of the country.
This is the condition of democratic governance in our country.
