You could of made the chain-lift-hill a BEYOND Vertical one, like the drop in Saw the ride!
A easy way to make a cobra roll is with a half loop up then a corkscrew exit then a corkscrew entrance lastly a half loop down

The smiler has 14 inversion 7 in first half 7 in second half. So add a third section somehow then boom 21.
I think a large scale S&S Axis coaster could 100% take Smiler’s inversion record and have over 20 inversions.

I used to really think about why the smiler doesn’t have a loop but i guess a ride with 14 inversions kinda needs a more unique inversion

I unintentionally made a 28 inversion inverted launch coaster in Planet Coaster 2 by having it go around the 14-inversion track twice.
