@@SirsasthNigam.actually it’s soft-rebooting it, but better a movie about a character meant to be an underdog relatable guy than the really, really superhero character for once. There are ways of grounding Superman, but also I’m not totally sure how Man of Steel was trying to do it.

I am so happy that Warner Brother Discovery decided to put this movie, Blue Beetle out in theaters and cancel the race-swapped Batgirl movie. Brendan Fraser lost his role in that movie after it was completed filming, but I am happy he bounced back and had a better, more original, more groundbreaking movie role to show for himself that same year in The Whale. I couldn't go to the movie theaters to see it in 2023 plus it was only showing for a few weeks nit even a month..it's now only 5 months after releasing in USA made to be lowest gross theater turn out but what do they expect? Not much advertising/ promoting no commercials ... figures they would down play it because it's Latino cast and story line, anyone who loves super hero movies will love it not a minute of disappointment... smh on the snubbing...breaks my heart a lot of hard work all around put into this fantastic movie it's a shame breaks my heart ... anyone reading this take a chance watch it on cable HBO TV you won't be disappointed...

@@hour7141 well Conrad Carapax was primarily an antagonist of the second Blue Beetle, Ted Kord.
So mostly Mexican cast playing a Cuba family (considering their is PLENTY of Cuban actors in Hollywood oh and in the comics Jaime Reyes is a Tex/Mex from El Paso LOL), that's gonna go over well specially since they are making it part of package that this is the cuban experience in America that's like asking Malaysians to play a mostly filipino family (I'm pinoy so i know that would be weird).
