Wow thank you for this post dear Deon. You are 100& right about getting to know the coals you use. I have found that some coals give you a good 35 to 45 minutes of gentle heat. Then again some coals max out at 20 minutes. As you said you need to know their abilities or you mess up your recipe. Gonna try this one. Take care and God Bless. 💖
