how many rounds do you think you put through the tyrant trigger ? any issues ?
In the neighborhood of 500 rounds through the trigger and no, no problems at all. It felt really good under live fire.

How reliable are these extensions ?
I ran 500 rounds through two of them with zero feeding issues, they seemed to have held up great in my experience so far.
