I know this is an old video, but what the owner is doing is not funny and is actually very wrong. The owner is encouraging agression in parrots. The parrot is not playing, it's attacking. A parrot is not a cat, it's not going to be all cuddly on a person's lap after "playing" of this kind. The bird is stressed. Parrots are prays, not predators. Basically, this is the same as provoking the dog to bite "because it's fun". Agression is the main reason parrots are surrendered to pet shops/shelters. After a parrot is abandoned, they're scared for life and might never recover.
Ranger looks like he is so much fun. I love the way he fans his tail feathers and more of the colors are visible. Such a happy boy!

You’re being too much. If the bird was scared, he would have flown away from it.

Ranger is 13 years old now and have never been aggressive or bitten me.... birds do play! They enjoy playing
