- ❗️ Here's a quick tutorial on how to use Anki to make flashcards for studying. This spaced repetition flashcard app has been a pretty useful tool so far for studying in my university courses as a pre med. Anki would definitely save me time handwriting flashcards haha, I like all the add ons too. Makes everything a lot easier tbh. I'm assuming you used Anki for more memorization-based subjects (like Psych or Bio)?

Also I found that when you eat "healthy" food you're viewed as someone that is dieting and just wanting to be skinny which makes me really self conscious. Like no, can't I just eat food without being slapped with a stereotype? 😊
