Ronnie Swift Laurie is manager of Marland Music Management founded in the memory of Peter Marland Jones.
In 2005, Ronnie set up the non profit organisation Marland Music Management creating opportunities for musicians, encouraging people to follow their dreams working with many charities such as Help for Heroes, Together for Freddie and Lisa's Army.

God she is amazing! Ronnie is one of my favourite people in the whole world.
When I met her I was drowning, I had lost everything and couldn't cope with what was left. Ronnie literally held her hand out and brought me onto a little stage to sing a version of 'Enter Sandman' and then kept hold of my hand while I began to sing again and write my own songs.
She absolutely holds my heart and I couldn't be doing what I am doing now without her. I love you so much Ronnie, your biggest fan.
