    Very Interesting BUT...You mentioned placing the "cured salmon fillet" on the grate without noting the recipe for the cure!? Care to elaborate? Also what wood chips were being used in the video. Tx!

    Can salmon be eaten raw?

      Yes when it's first quality, and you curred it ( a few hours in a mix of 3 % of the salmon weight sugar and salt, you can add dill or another spice-I use sometimes a red root, or orange)
