Would you say that was really helpful with practice in specific patterns, such as jacks and streams? I just love how it shows statistics (mean, standard deviation, scatter plot) after the song ends, and I recall seeing something similar in Kade Engine. It could be very helpful, as I had thought of measuring it myself previously.
Thanks. I actually don't think I would have done a full combo on this without my new keyboard, as it's really been helping. I didn't really get the best accuracy by Etterna standards, but it's pretty acceptable for FNF right now, especially considering the amount of minijacks and chordjacks in Casanova. And that's good to hear. Etterna is very helpful, yes. It has been helping me get better at accuracy, and doing different patterns that just aren't used that much in FNF (chords, chordjacks, jumpstreams, handstreams, held notes etc...). Speaking of my new keyboard actually, it's been pretty godlike for every game I've played so far. It definitely helped me a lot of with rhythm games (jacks and trills especially), but I've noticed that IWBTG platforming is also much easier, and while there's less of a difference for shmups, it's still pretty noticeable. And yes, Kade Engine has a similar feature now, although it's still a work progress. Apparently the developer has been playing a lot of Etterna as well recently, which has inspired to make the engine more like Etterna. And good luck with your practice, hope you have a lot fun with the game.
