Would you be interested in making an update or sequel to this video after her skill tree release & changes? She now can move her catapults (can make fewer & now more early game friendly), can boost her catapults, removed hunger cost to crafting if standing still... Also, other characters that have new skill trees may need an update. :)

I think Eberferatu has one. I think the thing that basically defines Wortox gameplay is the Ancient Fuelweaver and some soul hop dodges. Eber may have some really good tech for Ancient Fuelweaver I think. Basically related to how you can do the fight without losing all your sanity each time you do the woven shadows, while always having full health.
wow! using the ancient gaurdian as a rock farm and killing beequeen without landing a hit and shadow pieces massive loot and no extra prep is needed makes winona super strong from killing only 3 bosses. (luv ur vids)
from my experience, the way to have a fun world as winona (without the world just being short), is to have a mindset to try to do absolutely everything with catapults. set up farms for food, gems, farms that are strange like nightmare fuel, automate every boss, everything is done with catapults from day one. once everything's done, you probably will still not need winona, but itll take you an exhaustive amount of time to truly solve every possible problem that catapults can solve. cant swap from winona if you always have a new idea for a catapult build
@@cheesedust-n3w exactly the same way but you can teleport yourself and all your farm loot now (and also give yourself a brain aneurysm with the new catapult mechanics) If you’re really into mathematics, you can set up 2 way teleportation by perfectly spacing a pad between 2 pads so you’ll teleport to a different one by standing on a different edge of the middle pad.
@@nikodemruta7686 Cool. I guess getting to that end-game is the tough part. I tried playing her with rifts activated for some cheesy goodness but that didn't work out for me xD. Pure brilliance doesn't last very long without the celestial shards. I also have trouble controlling the catapults a little (I'm on the Switch) so I might just get an ornery beefalo first, kill beequeen + dfly then go to the ruins (just to get the decon staff + starcaller staff) then do CC. I know her late game catapults are OP but I hate it when characters full strengths are put behind CC specifically.
@@cheesedust-n3w pure horror catapults are a more early game alternative that are designed to work on their own, gotten pre rifts from the ancient werepig, and you can character switch to respec once you’ve accessed the brilliance+shard combo In general, the shadow side is very early game focused, with its exploration perks and accessible planar strike, you may find it refreshing

I don't get it. Some characters like Winona, Wurt, Walter, Wormwood need lots of prep time for them to be viable. And then there's Wolfgang who's undoubtably the strongest combat character. And what prep does he need? Some pieces of marble. What I'm trying to say is that even with Winona,s catapults the only thing it does better is CC. And if there's a Wolfgang and Wendy combo it outrules everything. Weak-to-medium strong characters don't feel rewarding.
you need to think before you talk bad about other characters like Wendy you said if any 1 could summon her sister then she be useless that is incorrect Wendy losses sanity vary slowly and and is only 1to make the potions for her sister . her sister isn't hopeless without the healing or damage but it makes her way more important for more survivability #PlzDoBetter
I don't think he's discounting Wendy by saying what he did, and functionally, he's only pointing out that the best character to utilize their features should be the original character themselves. Just like what you're saying, he suggests that Wendy should be the best character to use Abigail, and _is_ rightfully so. The same should go for Winona in his argument, which eventually came to be with the skill tree update.
beefalo are one of the lowest dps methods in the game though? wes with a hambat does more damage than an untamed beefalo, and even at their highest (ornery+war saddle) you sacrifice movement to get close to dark sword damage not to mention the slower attack speed

There is the factor of risk and reward. The catapults are safer to use than Wolfgang.

Yet another video where a beefalo is used, don't get me wrong it's just that they're too strong imo. Specially their dmg.
