So you were feeding 2 60 amp feeds into 1 200 amp panel? NEC 705.12 (a.k.a. 120% rule) limits how much solar you can put into a panel to avoid melting the bus bar. There are several ways to calculate the FLA solar, and the one that allows for the most solar only allows for 56 amps solar on a 225 amp bus with a 200 amp OCPD. I purposefully undersized my OCPD to 175 to allow for 76 amps of solar. Did you install a 150 amp OCPD? (1.25 FLA solar x 1.25)+OCPD
