It is completely out of the ordinary how Dimash Qudaibergen manages to convey extremely different emotions by singing almost exactly the same lyrics but using a different dynamic, a different key, a different timbre and different sound production techniques! He begins with the shyness and doubt of a stranger who enters a territory totally foreign to him (when he plays in the piano mode and with sounds surrounded by breath), moves on to the desire to try his strength to achieve a new beginning in life (then when he achieves that magnificent passage through the whole spectrum of his vocal rank using very different techniques of singing on each register) and reaches the end to have the power of the winning hero who not only tried, not only fought but finally defeated (when he shows us the power of his belting and that high and super long note of 20 seconds)! I only scored 3 moments, but they were more because between the choruses there were 2 slightly different moments of storytelling, but both in his register below the bass-baritone and there was another chorus (in total there were 4 choruses and two slightly more parts of the story, all in different dynamics, different keys and very different vocal techniques performed impeccably from a technical point of view, but also with strong emotional effects in the sense of impressive and maximum effect on the audience that practically listened to the whole song almost hypnotized)! For me it was the perfect song of the moment and it was a sublime demonstration of how much Dimash Qudaibergen can still progress even though he is already far beyond his contemporaries ! In this song he covered from C2 to F6 !
Welcome! And besides his voice and singing Dimash is also a very humble and polite person with a great sense of humour and selfdistance. I love the fanclip where he 2017 after breaking in China, recognized a bilboard of himself at an airport and sai with a twinkle: "I can't stand that guy, he can't sing, only screams." Can't but adore him!
I think that's the first time I've heard you actually squeal during a reaction! Your love of music and expertise shine through. Your facial expressions bring so much joy to us! At that little flip on "again" just watch Dimash's movements - it is as though he is stepping through a portal into the strange land and he looks around him ......☮️❤️
YOU'RE BACK!!!! yes I'm shouting!!! ❤❤❤❤❤ I honestly watch his new songs....LOVE THEM ALL by the way and then think....man, I wish Elizabeth would analyze these!! I know the copywrite issues have been tough and understand. But I've been missing (and I've been rewatching your "old" Dimash reactions) your input on Dimash!! Can't wait! ❤❤
P.S. I think we should get Dimash Monday's back...we have lots to catch up on (plus he's uploaded his Digital Show performances one by one!). This particular week at New Wave where he premiered 3 new songs was just crazy! They are all 3 TOTALLY different from each other! Starting with Stranger, then Fly Away (his original- lyrics by his backup singers Jordan) then grande finale of a Vocalize version of Ave Maria that Igor composed at the request of Dimash!!
@@luisnunes3863 one never knows, does one? 😊 there are times certain reactors pick up on little things others don't. And honestly I haven't watched 38 other Reactors watch Stranger I'm quite selective on the ones I watch 🤷♀️ 😊 Have a great day ❤🤗❤
@@luisnunes3863 Lots actually bc Dimash's music is chameleon - with each song he reveals new colors, shades, timbres and things that are outside what vc's are used to seeing/hearing. vc's often say they need more time to give a full analysis of Dimash songs like this one.
That 'flip' in the beginning is where he 'pops' through to a new 'ground'! Watch his body do a tiny stumble before walking on forward, looking around at his new beginning. Dimash really is a master of story telling with the way he uses his voice and attitude. This is a masterpiece! Love it! and love your analysis and reaction. Thank you so much!
I know that Dimash looks like a young boy, and people wonder how he has such a deep voice with so much power, but videos can be deceiving. Dimash is 6'3", so this may help explain how he has so much power.
If Igor combines such songs as Passione, Know, Stranger, Ave Maria and composes an overture and epilogue to it, a great Opera would have been born with Dimash as a lead soloist... 🤗
can we just appreciate the fact this man is going all the way to a BASS NOTE (a high bass note but a bass note non the less) with the knowlege that he can switch so easily and go up to WHISTLE TONE! THAT IS BONKERS!! mariah carey cant even sing as high or low than her in her prime. what a guy i bow to you dimash
Young lady it is completely ridiculous how excited I was to see you on another Dimash reaction! Ridiculously pleased, and it's just cause we loves ya so much. You didn't disappoint either 💛
Finalyyyyyy i've been waiting this video for sooo longgg (a shame the thing with copyrihgt). Elizabeth, you are one of the greatest gifts on this plataform !! Thank you so much!!! And Dimash.. he's incomparable, the best singer on the planet, for sure! greetings from Argentina
I LOVE LOVE LOVE your technical analysis. You do it better than anyone else! My tendency is to want to sing along, and you remind me of all the reasons I CAN'T!! this makes me feel much better about it! :D
You are like a child seeing snow for the first time … over and over again … I’m so jealous when most of us have been desensitized over the years to the Wow!
Elizabeth, It's been so long since we last saw you react to and analyze Dimash, for reasons well understood. I really thought we wouldn't see you again! But, here you are, and I couldn't be happier about it. I can't count how many times I've watched your analysis of the Dimash and Aida duet of "Ulisse". To this day it's my favourite reaction on youtube. Only 2 hours until your premiere of "Stranger", and it feels *my* birthday.
So happy to see you react to Dimash again, your comments are so educational and enjoyable. You really know what you're talking about! Would love to see more Dimash please!
OMG! You’re back! It’s gonna be a very long wait because it’s still so early! Thanks for coming back! We missed you soooo much! See you tomorrow! Love you! 💜💟💜
What an absolute joy for you to analyze Dimash again -- you were the one to put me on to this extraordinary singer over a year ago. Your analysis is so spot-on and in depth, there is no one else like you on RUclips. Your extensive training shines through. I accidently deleted a comment I made here about his evolution -- you noticed the same -- the lowering of his voice range as an example. I commented on one singer who I accompanied for briefly evolving their voice range through time, but with Dimash, its like there are three very accomplished singers, each working on their ranges and talents -- all magically blended into one singer. Today, we also learned about "pulse," "loft," "twang," and more. And, you are the only person to note the possible connection between Stranger in a Strange Land by Heinlein -- I groked that. Next, you might take a look at Ave Maria, a different Dimash shows up for that one.
Ahhhh finally the copyright problems got sorted out! I‘m really excited to hear what you have to say about this song. It‘s one of my favorites from Dimash.
Yes! Not only that, but we've received internal emails of the people that will help clear things in the future, so we don't have these issues ever again. Kirk is a miracle worker, I don't know how he does it.
Haha, I was waiting for your reaction to this. I do believe it's actually rocketed to the top of my favorite Dimash songs (of which there are plenty). So much to enjoy, from the perfectly softly enunciated "t" on "feet", to the delicious cultural ethnic vocalizations in the middle section, to the powerful, full chest voice immediately into breathy threads. Little things like his enunciation of the diphthong in again -- ag-a-ee-n, drawing notes out into delicious, legato lines. The transition from the 'yodeling' modulation, to the faster e-e-e-e, I mean, I have no words. It's really only second to "Ogni Pietra", in my opinion, in terms of showing literally every conceivable color, timbre, shade of the voice. But can we also talk about Dimash's confidence/acting on stage? The man's always been so present in every song, in every character, but this to me was on a different level. It seems as though he's at a comfort level now on stage where he can have fun a bit, telling a story while always able to rely on that -- not to be too hyperbolic here, but really perfect technique. Plus, the lyrics are spot-on for Dimash as it seems as though he's trying to broaden his reach, moving into new audiences, literally a stranger in a strange new land. Perfect. Perfect. Also, the ?chimes? throughout the final note, emphasizing not only its length, but also a dissonant 'strangeness' -- genius. We'll just leave alone the passionate, sweat-drenched Dimash breathily singing (lest I completely, adoringly fan-boy out even more). Check out his new performance of "SOS" from the Dimash Digital Show. I mean, just beautiful. Apologies for the lengthy reply, but it's Dimash, and a exemplar performance at that. Thanks for the interesting explanation of the vocal folds frequency characteristics at the extremes of the voice. So fascinating!
There are two must performances. First "Ava Maria" New Wave 2021 and second "SOS" from 2021 Virtual Concert. Both are outstanding but "SOS" is the best I have heard of him, taking a song and making it his own.
After hundreds and hundreds of analysis/react videos and 100s of hours of listening to his various concerts/performances, one thing I'm surprised about is I find myself changing my own speaking accent because of his accent. His pronunciation is so adorable. I hope he preserves that accent even as his English improves generally. The way he pronounces "strength" and "agAIn", and the way he carries pronunciation right to the end of words, like "underneath my fee-t" and "who I Amm"

Wow... I started watching your channel for the metal reactions and now find myself being exposed to brilliance like this! How does EVERYONE not know about this wonder! I'm a fan! Thank you from South Africa 😊
It really was too long ago since tcv’s last reaction to Dimash. He’s a great vocalist and really deserves to be dissected here with Elizabeth’s knowledge, excitement and really kind spirit. I’m here to enjoy these (and all) great tunes, and let myself get exposed to artists outside my usual choices. (I wasn’t a metal fan, but I’m now getting why so many others are.)
@@Andy_from_de I really don’t get why they’re making it so hard for reactors. This is how he’s becoming well known in the US. Don’t they want to sell tickets if he ever comes here on tour?? Edited to add-the way I “discovered” Dimash was actually through a reaction by Maggie Renee. I don’t think I’d have found his work otherwise, because this style of music isn’t what I usually look for.
@@Andy_from_de hi Andy, Dimash uploads for free every new song on his YT channel. When his production company politely asked for a period of time before someone do a reaction, well, they didn't respect it. So, I blame other reactors. Take care.
@@brendaguerin1409 yes. And most people in the US still have not heard of him. And again, one way to get his name out here is to let people react to his videos. That’s how I found him. I don’t normally listen to this style of music so I probably wouldn’t have if I hadn’t seen a reactor I like check out one of his songs. Honestly, why would anyone object to my comments? I’m only wishing his team would be more open to letting reactors talk about how good he is.
So good to see this. I came to Dimash through TCV, and it almost feels like his performances aren't quite complete until Elizabeth reacts to them. She helps me understand exactly what he's doing to break me down the way he does. Wonderful to see you and Dimash together again. Next...Ave Maria!
Finally, Dimash back on The Charismatic Voice! Thanks so much dear Elizabeth for listening to us (I bet I' m not the only one of your viewers who requested your reaction to the new songs Dimash offered us some time ago), you are one of the best at your reaction videos and I'm so glad you enjoyed this amazing performance. I can't wait for you to react to Ave Maria too! It would be such an amazing experience, and I'm so curious to see what you have to say about it! Love and hugs from Athens, Greece!
Your reaction to Dimash is GREAT💕 I found Dimash by chance on You Tube two months ago singing Ave Mraria. I got amazed to his voice. Phenominon, worldclass. Instantly I became Dimash one of his million dears wordwide. Everyday during my free time I can't stop listening to Dimash song's (all) PS: Dimash is number one on TOP 100 MOST ATTRACTIVE CELEBRITY MAN IN ASIA. Thank you and God bless.
So happy you reviewed this amazing presentation so thoroughly. Dimash works so hard at developing new vocal innovations. It is mind-blowing. I was a professor in Kazakhstan for 9 years -- a stranger in a strange new land -- and just returned on Sunday, hoping to semi-retire here. I think Dimash is the embodiment of exciting new things occurring in this country that gives me a "new chance to begin again."
Thank you so much Elizabeth 🥰. Great reaction emotional and professional ☺️ Beautiful performance!!!!! This song masterpiece by Dimash and Igor Krutoy!
Elizabeth! I love your knowledge and so entertained by your emotion filled reactions! You are the best! And I do appreciate how you replay a little of the video after stopping as that makes your videos seamless!
Greetings from Russia! Well, falling in love with Dimash affects the whole reaction! It can be seen even from afar that the heart is beating faster and the breathing is stopped, and a happy smile at the mere mention of Dimash's name does not leave his face, and at the sound of his voice, butterflies flutter in his stomach! How nice it is to see such a sensual attitude to Dimash's work! And about Dimash's ability to instantly change the tone of his voice at any second, one of the Italian opera tenors said that Dimash's notes are not vertically arranged in height, but like a path in the garden - where he needs, he stepped there! And the abrupt transitions through two or three octaves - as if he climbed three steps up the stairs in the garden, plucked an apple from a branch and ... jumped down, easily and naturally! And another thing: in a duet with the Chinese opera singer Li Yugang, "Drunk Princess" Dimash sang lines on the note B2, the audience was absolutely delighted with this! And the full duration of the last note in the song was 21.37 seconds!
What always amazes me with Dimash's extended holds is how he blows them off at the end. After holding that note for 20 secs. he pushes off of it like he had enough breath to go 5 secs more. Just astounding.
This made my day! I always enjoy listening to the music immensely with the breakdown and getting to learn what the verbiage means when it is used so thank you very much!
Hi, Dimash never ceases to amaze us. In this epic song he shows his full vocal range, his performance, and his charisma. As I have been informed, "Stranger" "Flay Away" and "Ave Maria" is a kind of triptych (Born, live, die). It makes sense to me when I listen to all three in a row. Dimash is the best in the world.
I love the fact that you have chosen to support good singers no matter what genre and was superdelighted to see Dimash back on your channel. Stranger is an Igor Krutoy composition that really displays Dimash's ability. But he doesn't have to give us all these vocal fireworks to be awesome and I love the fact that he displayed 3 new and totally different songs on New Wave 2021. I hope you will react to both Ave Maria and Fly Away as well. Thank you!
This is the best professional reaction on Dimash singing on whole RUclips. Bravo, you did this with high professional explains, with clear joyful emotion and respect for Dimash singing. Deep respect from another vocal coach ❤️🎶
The percussion in this piece is masterful; adds incredible dimension and depth to his performance !! In that he is a percussionist, in addition to his many other musical skills and been his own on many tracks, I can't help but think his influence was heavy on this.

Oh, Elizabeth, how delightful to see your delight in being enchanted by Dimash!! This is such an intelligent treat!
Well said !

First time i heard him, and i am an instant fan. Masterful vocals almost brought me to tears.
Welcome the the fandom!! Please make sure to also watch the original video! ruclips.net/video/lFsB5HVnmSA/видео.html ❤
You are welcome 🤝🤝🤝🤝
Me too everytime Jesse
Welcome! And besides his voice and singing Dimash is also a very humble and polite person with a great sense of humour and selfdistance. I love the fanclip where he 2017 after breaking in China, recognized a bilboard of himself at an airport and sai with a twinkle: "I can't stand that guy, he can't sing, only screams."
Can't but adore him!
@@portiaj4374 sooo Dimash! Love LOVE his humor!
Not only great comment and insights, but she also knows her SF Classics! Robert Heinlein - Stranger in a strange land! Great job!
Вот что значит профессионал, любящий свое дело. Восхищаюсь Вами. Огромное спасибо.
The best singer in the whole World! I have never heard anyone who can sing like Dimash!
I think that's the first time I've heard you actually squeal during a reaction! Your love of music and expertise shine through. Your facial expressions bring so much joy to us! The anticipation of what will happen next are so child like. Thanks for not only reaching us but for bringing so much joy into our lives!

At that little flip on "again" just watch Dimash's movements - it is as though he is stepping through a portal into the strange land and he looks around him ......☮️❤️
I loved that too!!
This was the review/reaction/analysis I was looking forward to the most. Thank you for sticking with it (behind the scenes) and making this happen.
What is E gonna say that's new after 38 reactions to the same crooner? Really, explain that.
@@luisnunes3863 one never knows, does one? 😊 there are times certain reactors pick up on little things others don't. And honestly I haven't watched 38 other Reactors watch Stranger I'm quite selective on the ones I watch 🤷♀️ 😊 Have a great day ❤🤗❤
@@luisnunes3863 Jedes Lied von Dimash ist anderes. Seine Stimme hat so viele verschiedene Farben, dass es für 1000 Reaktionen reicht.
@@luisnunes3863 Lots actually bc Dimash's music is chameleon - with each song he reveals new colors, shades, timbres and things that are outside what vc's are used to seeing/hearing. vc's often say they need more time to give a full analysis of Dimash songs like this one.
This man is unreal with a voice like that. What a vocal range! Fascinating!👏👏
Thank you Elisabeth in advance🙏. A long awaited analysis ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ahh I know this has been in limbo for a while, so glad it’s finally coming out.
I know that Dimash looks like a young boy, and people wonder how he has such a deep voice with so much power, but videos can be deceiving. Dimash is 6'3", so this may help explain how he has so much power.
That definitely doesn't come across on videos and I haven't seen him standing next to people much to get an idea from comparison either.
@@alicemerray I know...that's why I was shocked to find out. Just google how tall is Dimash.
If Igor combines such songs as Passione, Know, Stranger, Ave Maria and composes an overture and epilogue to it, a great Opera would have been born with Dimash as a lead soloist... 🤗
WOW OMG YESS
Yes, I am also looking forward to the Opera from Igor and Dimash!
Dude, the thought alone makes me dizzy.
We may never recover from such epic bliss.
Exacto, a mi me encantaria que le compusiera canciones para hacer un disco conceptual, como los grandes músicos del progresivo.
Yesss! And our dear Dimash will play all the different characters in the Opera.😊
No one is better that you to react to this beast of singing!! That was a really awesome song and your analysis made justice to it. Thanks!
Ave Maria by him! Something incredible!
can we just appreciate the fact this man is going all the way to a BASS NOTE (a high bass note but a bass note non the less) with the knowlege that he can switch so easily and go up to WHISTLE TONE!
THAT IS BONKERS!! mariah carey cant even sing as high or low than her in her prime.
what a guy i bow to you dimash
C2 (the note he sings in pulse register) is actually the bottom of the standard bass range.
Young lady it is completely ridiculous how excited I was to see you on another Dimash reaction! Ridiculously pleased, and it's just cause we loves ya so much. You didn't disappoint either 💛

I LOVE LOVE LOVE your technical analysis. You do it better than anyone else! My tendency is to want to sing along, and you remind me of all the reasons I CAN'T!! this makes me feel much better about it! :D
finally.......you reacted to Dimash in this song. I'm so excited

Nice to see you reacting to Dimash again.
@@TheCharismaticVoice ❤❤👏👏
@@TheCharismaticVoice fantastic news! Thanks for persevering Elizabeth
@@TheCharismaticVoice great vocalists deserve to be dissected with your knowledge and excitement.
@@TheCharismaticVoice I think by now he only needs to send a mail with a photo of his staring eyes.
There was ABSOLUTELY no interruption in that high note when he dropped hard to his knees!! Major skill points there!!
"F5# is a very very high note to belt the way he did just now."
Little did she know what was coming. :D
There are two must performances. First "Ava Maria" New Wave 2021 and second "SOS" from 2021 Virtual Concert. Both are outstanding but "SOS" is the best I have heard of him, taking a song and making it his own.
His rendition of Ikanai de tops both for me.
That F#5 is clearly his “comfort zone” because he goes there a lot. I love this note. It just hits in so many ways!! 🔥👍🏼
I love when reactors get flustered and turn to the piano and tap it out and then go "SHEESH!" That's a real musical appreciation for the man!
Elizabeth, it is a pleasure to hear and see you react to our dear Dimash, these last three songs that he offers us, are unparalleled in the world of Music and Song. The versatility of the songs that he performs are incredible. Thank you for having you again, I like your professionalism but at the same time I am excited to see you and hear your correct reactions for the emotion you transmit in front of the camera. You are one of my favorite Voice Trainers. A hug.

You get metal classics and newcomers, we get Dimash and Voiceplay. I'd call it a more than a fair trade.
blame Dimash's publisher for the long delay.
Dimash rules music, I tell you he has it in his DNA.
Hi!This is one of the greatest master pieces that Dimash makes with Krutoy... an imbatible couple, really!!
Best wishes to you ... 🎶👋🇦🇷
Love it! More Dimash!
How wonderful! 🤗
Thank you so much Elizabeth 🥰. Great reaction emotional and professional ☺️ Beautiful performance!!!!! This song masterpiece by Dimash and Igor Krutoy!
That was the most extensive and interesting analysis! Thank you for a free lession, Elizabeth, you are adorable. Saludos desde Uruguay. ♥️👍
I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw your announcement. Looking forward for tomorrow.😘💞💞💞
Thank you!
Lovely reaction on a lovely performance, thanks Elizabeth, bravo to both.

He is so good that he makes me cry every time I listen to any of his songs and especially to this one!!!!!😧😭💔💯💢
The percussion in this piece is masterful; adds incredible dimension and depth to his performance !! In that he is a percussionist, in addition to his many other musical skills and been his own on many tracks, I can't help but think his influence was heavy on this.
